1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jk8 ("jk8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jk8.lat and its associated subdomains and applications. By creating an account, accessing the jk8 platform, or placing any wager or bet through jk8, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by jk8 or any associated gaming authority at the time of registration or continued use.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jk8 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person and that all funds deposited into your jk8 account are from a legitimate source.

3.Account Registration

To access the full features of jk8, including placing bets and processing withdrawals, you are required to register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You may hold only one (1) account per person. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, address, phone number, email address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. jk8 relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• You are required to complete jk8's KYC verification process before making your first withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, and proof of address issued within the past three months.
• jk8 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at any time at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jk8 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Never share your jk8 login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Notify jk8 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jk8 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply:

• jk8 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and FPX. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified in your name. jk8 does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

jk8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all jk8 promotional offers:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or via coordinated play with other players constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• jk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of the change, provided those bonuses are used in accordance with their applicable terms.

7.Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the jk8 platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and other gaming verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jk8 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, network interruption, or system malfunction that affects the outcome or recording of a bet, jk8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• jk8 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or event. These limits may be applied at the individual player level at jk8's sole discretion.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jk8 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or acting as a nominee for a third party.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jk8 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that may breach applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated play designed to guarantee profits or to systematically extract value from promotional offers.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Accessing or attempting to access jk8 in contravention of any geographic restriction or applicable law.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the jk8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of jk8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the jk8 platform, or access to the platform, without the express written consent of jk8. Any unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of jk8's intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jk8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jk8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Technical errors, latency, or connectivity issues affecting the placement or settlement of bets.
• Unauthorised third-party access to your account resulting from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in Section 4.

jk8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.Responsible Gaming

jk8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all jk8 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.

Upon termination, any legitimate balance remaining in the account following the resolution of all pending transactions will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations or amounts owed to jk8.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming industry standards.
